About Spafix

Websites from BEA Solutions have enabled Spafix to grow from a sole trader working from home in 2007 to a company forecasting a turnover of over £1m this year. Initially providing only a mobile hot tub repair service in the local area, Spafix have grown at a rapid speed and now offer a wide variety of related services, including an online parts shop.

This is Spafix's original servicing website which started as a very small 5 page website and has grown to detail additional services as the company has added them.

spafix.co.uk WebsiteWith a redesign in 2009 to freshen the appearance and make room for the additional services, this website is, and has always been, the main source of Spafix's servicing work.

Now operating from their large unit in Havant, Spafix's servicing business covers much of the south of England and they also offer sales of hot tub parts to the trade and retail customers, regular servicing, maintenance contracts, and relocation and installation services.

Spafix Direct

Spafix Direct is an online shop selling hot tub parts and accessories to both retail customers and the trade of hot tub servincing companies. Launched in 2008, with live accurate stock figures direct from Spafix's warehouse being displayed from day one, the number of products on offer has since grown to over 1000 and the website now takes several hundred orders per month.

Spafix Direct WebsiteIn late 2010 Spafix Direct was expanded to offer the service to parts of Europe, with prices being displayed in Euros as well as british pounds, based on live exchange rates.

This has been very successful, and Spafix have again appointed BEA Solutions to expand their European offering, with a French-language website for their French customers and Spanish-language website for their Spanish customers both due to be launched this year.
